11.23 Forcing, oscillation
Function:
Parameters P480 to P483 define the waveshape of a rectangular signal (oscillation setpoint K0203). The value set in P480 determines
the signal level for the time period set in P481 and the value set in P482 the signal level for the time period set in P483.
Oscillation: Selected in P485. The free-running rectangular signal is switched through to the output K0208.
Forcing: Selected by setting P051=24 and pressing the P key (switchover to parameter mode). The output of the square-wave
generator (K0203) is set to zero.
Briefly pressing the UP key (forcing activated) starts the square-wave generator in a defined manner (value as set in P480
for period set in P481, then value set in P482 for time set in P483, etc.) and applies it to output (K0208).
Briefly pressing the DOWN key (forcing deactivated) resets the output of the square-wave generator (K0203) to zero and
injects the standard setpoint as set in P484 at the output (K0208) again.
Pressing the P key (return to value mode) also deactivates "Forcing". The square-wave generator (K0203) is decoupled
again and is available for the "Oscillation" function.
