11.27 Friction compensation

Parameters P520 to P530 are the armature current and torque setpoints required to obtain a steady-state speed of 0%, 10% to 100% of
maximum speed (in steps of 10%).
These parameters represent interpolation points in the friction characteristic. They are either an armature current or torque setpoint
depending on the setting in P170 (0 or 1) and set automatically during the optimization run for friction or moment of inertia compensation
(P051=28). P520 is set to 0.0% during this run.
Depending on the actual speed controller value (K0179), the values between the interpolation points are calculated by linear interpolation,
the output of the friction compensation assuming the sign of the actual speed controller value.
P530 is specified by the friction compensation function when the actual speed control value equals >100% of maximum speed.
For operation in both directions of rotation, it is advisable to leave P520 set at 0.0% in order to avoid armature current oscillations at 0%
speed.
