Troubleshooting
In the event of an error, see if the following steps resolve the prob-
lem.
If these steps are not successful or if your nail polisher has to be
repaired, contact the Silk’n customer service team.
Do not attempt to open or repair your nail polisher yourself. This will
void your warranty claims and the nail polisher could be damaged
as a result. Only authorised Silk‘n service personnel is trained to
perform repairs.
Fault
The nail polisher isn›t
working.
The nail polisher is very
slow.
One of the rollers is
damaged.
Possible causes and solution
The batteries may be empty.
• Replace the batteries with new
ones.
The battery power may be
insucient.
• Replace the batteries with new
ones.
The batteries may not have been
inserted properly.
• Remove the batteries and insert
them again.
The batteries may not have been
inserted properly.
• Remove the batteries and insert
them again.
• Replace the damaged rollers with
original spare parts.
