Alarm
You can set different alarm times via the „HealthForYou“ app.
When the alarm time is reached, the Activity Sensor will begin to vibrate.
Messages
SMS
When you receive push notifications on your smartphone (e.g. SMS or
WhatsApp), you can be notified via the Activity Sensor display. The pre-
requisites for this are that the Activity Sensor is connected to your smart-
phone via Bluetooth
®
and that the „HealthForYou“ app has been set up.
As soon as the message arrives, the sender will appear in the display.
When you press the button

, a part of the message appears in the
display. By pressing the button

again, you can read more of the
message. In the case of longer messages, the complete content is not
displayed.
