What to do if my Silvercrest Headphone has no sound?

There are several reasons why your Silvercrest Headphones might not be producing sound. First, ensure that the headphones are switched on by pressing the power button for about 2 seconds. Check that the volume isn't set to minimum, and increase it using the volume button. Also, verify that the playback device is switched on and not muted. If you are using AUX-IN mode, ensure the audio cable is correctly connected to both the headphones and the playback device.
