The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The head-
phones cannot
be switched off.
The internal battery is
not charged.
Charge the battery (see
section Charging the
battery).
No sound.
The headphones are
not switched on.
Press the button 6
for about 2 seconds to
switch on the head-
phones
.
The volume is set to
minimum.
Set the desired volume
using the
button 5. If necessary,
also increase the volume
on the playback device.
The playback device is
not switched on.
Switch on the playback
device.
The playback device
has been muted.
Unmute the playback
device.
The audio cable
e is
incorrectly connected
in AUX-IN mode.
Make sure that the
audio cable
e is
correctly connected to
the AUX IN socket 8
of the headphones and
the playback device.
Sound is only
coming from
one side of the
headphones.
The stereo balance
control on the
playback device is
incorrectly adjusted.
Adjust the stereo
balance control to the
setting you desire.
