Troubleshooting
The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault Possible cause Remedy
No sound.
The playback device is not
switched on.
Switch on the playback
device.
The playback device has
been muted.
Unmute the playback device.
The audio cable

connected correctly.
Make sure that the audio ca-
ble 3 is correctly connected
to the playback device.
Sound is only
coming from
one side of the
headphones.
The stereo balance control
on the playback device is
