If your Silvercrest Fitness Tracker isn't connecting to your smartphone, try the following steps: * First, toggle the Bluetooth® function off and on again on your smartphone, and then restart the connection process with your tracker. * If that doesn't work, try restarting your smartphone. * Ensure your smartphone is visible in the Bluetooth® menu. * As a last resort, reinstall the SilverCrest SmartActive app on your smartphone.
