Changing the attachments
Precision attachment

The precision attachment

is intended for trimming beards and
for short hair. Carefully attach the precision attachment

to the
product (see Fig. C). Make sure that both of the recesses on the
precision attachment
15
lock into place properly in the lateral
locking mechanisms on both sides of the cutting unit

To adjust the precision attachment

, press and slide it forwards
and upwards using both thumbs (see Fig. C).
To remove the precision attachment
15
, pushing it upwards using
both thumbs (see Fig. C).
Comb attachment

The comb attachment

is intended for cutting hair. Carefully at-
tach the comb attachment

to the product (see Fig. D). Make
sure that both of the recesses on the comb attachment
16
lock into
place properly in the lateral locking mechanisms on both sides of
the cutting unit

To adjust the comb attachment

, press the release button on the
front and the back of the attachment with your thumb and
forefinger (see Fig. D).
To remove the comb attachment

Attach the precision attachment

to the switched-off product as
described in the chapter “Changing the attachments“.
