      If your Silvercrest Heater isn't working, make sure the mains plug is properly inserted. Also, ensure that the On/Off button is pressed. If the tip protection has been activated, place the appliance on an even surface and restart it.

    Why is my Silvercrest SHK 360 A1 Heater not heating?

      Your Silvercrest Heater might not be heating because the thermostatic turn-switch is set too low; try turning it up. Another reason could be that the switch is set to “Fan without heat function”; activate the heat function. Also, the overheat protection might have triggered.
