z Thermostatic switch
Setting the heat output:
Turn the thermostat turn-switch
5
to “MAX”
until the desired room temperature has been
reached. Then turn back the controller until
a clicking sound is clearly audible.
The thermostat control automatically switches
the heater on and off and produces an
almost constant room temperature. The
prerequisite for this is to ensure that the
heater is equipped with a heater output for
the room to be heated.
z Overheat protection
The fan heater is equipped with a safety
device that switches off the appliance in
the event of an unintentional overheating
(for example, if the inlet and outlet grid is
blocked, in the event of slow rotation or if
the engine comes to a standstill.
To restart the fan heater, you must
disconnect the plug from the plug socket
for a few minutes (10 – 30 minutes) and
allow the appliance to cool down. Remove
whatever caused the appliance to overheat
(e.g. covered air grid) and then switch the
appliance back on.
If the overheat protection is triggered once
again, immediately disconnect the heater
from the power and allow it to cool down.
Contact customer service.
z Tip protection
This heater is equipped with a safety tip
over switch that automatically switches off
the heating element if the heater is not in
an upright position. The heater can resume
its normal function once it is in an upright
position and restarted.
