5. Starting up
Connect the fan heater to a grounded and secured
socket. To supply the electric current to the device,
turn the ON/OFF switch
H
to the “I”-position.
The device is now at the standby mode. Its display
shows the ambient temperature.
Now you can turn the fan heater ON and OFF,
as follows:
5.1 Fan Mode
To use the ceramic wall heater as a fan only,
proceed as follows:
On the control panel: In Standby mode, press
the ON/OFF button
E
once. The unit is now in
fan mode.
With the remote control unit: In Standby
mode, press the ON/OFF button

once. The
unit is now in fan mode.
5.2 Turning off
To turn the device off, please press the
ON/OFF button

on the remote control
unit. To disconnect the fan heater from the
power supply, set the ON/OFF switch
H
to position ‘O‘.
Please note: If you turn the unit off, the fan will
still run 30 seconds. Then the unit will switch off.
A countdown is shown on the display (only after
heating function).
5.3 Thermal overload Protection / Safety
Shut-Down
If the measured room temperature is 51°C, the device
switches off automatically. The fan runs 30 seconds be-
fore it turns off. A countdown is shown on the display.
When drilling, make sure that you do not
damage concealed power lines!
Drill two holes with a 6 mm drill and insert the
supplied wall dowels

into them.
Screw the fastening screws

shall protrude to about
10 mm.
Place the heater onto the fastening screws

(see Figure 9).

Now move the heater to the right and then
down.
