NOTE
► Every press of a button is acknowledged with a beep.
Standby mode
The appliance automatically switches to standby mode and the display 5 shows
the time if no button is pressed for a long time.
Setting the clock
After plugging in the appliance, the display 5 shows 1:00.
♦ Press and hold the timer/clock button 8
for a few seconds. "12 H"
appears on the display5 ("H":"Hour").
♦ Turn the dial 9 to select the desired mode:
– "Hr 24", the clock displays the time in 24-hour mode.
or
– "Hr 12", the clock displays the time in 12-hour mode.
♦ Confirm your selection by pressing the dial 9.
♦ Turn the dial 9 to set the hours. The hour display flashes. Confirm your
selection by pressing the dial 9.
♦ Turn the dial 9 to set the minutes. The minute display flashes.
Confirm your selection by pressing the dial 9.
The time is now set.
Setting the timer
The appliance has a timer that you can use independently of microwave operation.
♦ Press the timer/clock button 8
to activate the timer.
This works during standby mode as well as during operation.
00:00 and the symbol appear on the display 5.
♦ Set the desired time using the dial 9.
You can set a time from 10 seconds to 95 minutes.
The increments for setting the time are as follows:
– from 0 sec to 5 min: in 10-second increments
– from 5 to 10 min: in 30-second increments
– from 10 to 30 min: in 1-minute increments
– from 30 to 95 min: in 5-minute increments
