Cleaning
DANGER!
Pull out the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the appliance.
Never immerse the appliance and mains cable 1 in water.
WARNING!
Parts of the appliance become hot during operation! Allow the appliance
to cool sufficiently before cleaning it!
CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents. These can damage the
surfaces of the appliance.
NOTE
It is best to clean the appliance as soon as it has cooled down, otherwise
food residues can dry out and then be difficult to remove.
Clean the appliance regularly as described in this section to prevent mould
growth.
The funnel and lid , press screw and press screw housing ,
pulp and oil containers  and also the filter -are all suitable
for cleaning in the dishwasher. If possible, place the plastic parts in the
upper basket of the dishwasher and make sure that they are not jammed.
Disassemble the appliance as described in the section Assembling/
dismantling the appliance”.
If necessary, clean the motor unit 6 and the mains cable 1 with a damp
cloth. For stubborn stains, apply a mild detergent to the cloth and wipe off
with a cloth moistened only with water.
Clean the remaining parts thoroughly in warm water with a mild detergent.
Use the supplied cleaning brush % to clean hard-to-reach areas.
Dry all parts thoroughly before reusing or storing them.
Storage
Clean the appliance as described in the section ”Cleaning”.
Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean, dry place.
