PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
The appliance is
working, but no
oil is produced.
The press screw is blocked, the
control lamp .flashes alternately
green/red.
Proceed as described in the
section ”Removing a blockage”.
The ingredients are not feeding
through.
Pause the appliance and carefully
push the ingredients with a spoon
or similar. Direction of the funnel
outlet.
The oil content of the in gredients
used is too low.
Choose ingredients with a
sufficiently high oil content (see
section ”The right ingredients”).
This appliance
generates
abnormal noise
during operation.
There are foreign bodies among the
ingredients.
Remove the foreign objects (see
section ”Removing a blockage”).
Depending on the composition of
the ingredients, there may be some
loud and some less loud operating
noises. You may hear some loud,
squeaky operating noises,
especially when processing small,
hard ingredients, such as chia
seeds. This is normal and is not an
appliance fault.

If the press screwblocks,
proceed as described in the
section “Removing a blockage”.
The appliance
is con tinuously
beeping.
The appliance was not correctly
assembled when the mains plug
was plugged in, a safety device
has tripped.
Check that the appliance is
assembled correctly.
The lock
cannot be closed.
Press screw and press screw
housing are not inserted
correctly in the mounting.
Wiggle the press screw
housing a little and try again
to push the lock in the
direction of the
symbol.
Funnel cannot
be mounted.
The lock is not correctly closed.
Push the locking appliance in
the direction of the
symbol until
it stops.
