Shrimp skewer
Ingredients:
♦ 250 g medium size, peeled Shrimps
♦ 2 Garlic cloves (fi nely chopped)
♦ 5 tbsp. Olive oil
♦ 12 small Tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)
♦ 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
♦ Salt, pepper, paprika powder
1) Put the olive oil, garlic, a little paprika powder, salt, pepper and parsley in
a bowl and mix everything.
2) Then add the shrimps and stir everything together, so that the shrimps are
thoroughly moistened with the herb-spice mixture.
3) Let the shrimps marinade in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
4) Spike a tomato alternatively with a shrimp on a skewer.
5) Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes.
Disposal
