Handling and use
Switching the appliance on/off
Press the button
to switch on the appliance. On the display , the set
water temperature
will flash and the time indicator will be lit.
Press the button
for 2 seconds if you want to switch off the appliance.
The display will then go out.
Adding the food
Place the vacuum bag with the prepared and vacuum-packed food in
the pot. Note that the water level must not exceed the MAX marking. If
required, ladle out the water with a cup.
NOTE
The vacuum bags should always be covered with water during operation.
If the vacuum bags float to the surface, weigh them down with a suitable
weight (e.g. a plate).
Programming the appliance
To set the water temperature for the desired cooking process by degrees,
press the buttons + / /
repeatedly while the temperature indicator
is blinking. The selected temperature will appear on the display . You can
set values between 30,0°C and 95,0°C. If you press and hold down one
of the buttons + / / , the temperature will change rapidly.

. Now, the time indicator
is blinking on the
display and you can enter the number of hours for the desired cooking
time. To do so, repeatedly press the buttons + / / . You can set
values between 0 and 99. If you press and hold down one of the buttons
+/ / , the number of hours will change rapidly in steps of 10 h.
Press the button
/
. Now, you can enter the number of minutes for the
desired cooking time. To do so, repeatedly press the buttons + / / .
You can set values between 0 and 59. If you press and hold down one of
the buttons +/ / , the number of minutes will change rapidly in steps of
5 min.
Press the button
to start the program. The appliance will begin heat-
ing up and circulate the water in the pot. The temperature indicator on
the display shows the current water temperature.
NOTE
During heating you can adjust the previously set cooking temperature
and cooking time as described above.
