DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
► Check the appliance for visible external damage before use.
Do not use the appliance if the mains cable or appliance
itself has been dropped or there is visible damage.
► The appliance may only be used in dry indoor rooms.
► Never immerse the appliance in water deeper than up to
the MAX marking! Never immerse the appliance in other
liquids!
► Ensure that the mains cable never becomes wet or damp
when the appliance is in use. Route the cable so that it can-
not be trapped or damaged in any way.
► To avoid potential risks, if the appliance power cable is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer
service or by a qualified technician.
► All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist work-
shops or by the Customer Service department. Improper
repairs may put the user at risk. It will also invalidate any
warranty claims.
► To disconnect the appliance completely from the mains pow-
er, the mains plug must be removed from the power socket.
The appliance should be set up in such a way that you have
unrestricted access to the mains socket at all times, and can
pull out the plug immediately in an emergency.
► When unplugging the appliance, always pull on the plug
rather than on the cable.
► Pull the plug from the mains socket before removing the
appliance from the water.
