Manual configuration
If you are not using the network default settings on your computer and have
manually set an IP address, you must restore the network settings to Automatically
obtain an IP address. For further details, please read the operating instructions
for your computer.
You must configure the dual-band wifi range extender via the network cable. To do so, you have to
connect the dual-band wifi range extender to your computer. Use the network cable included with the
device. Insert one end of the network cable into the WAN/LAN socket (6) or the LAN socket (7) of the
dual-band wifi range extender and the other end into the LAN socket of your computer.
Open the Internet browser on your computer. Enter http://repeater.setup in the address line of the
Internet browser and confirm the entry with the Enter button.
The login window of the dual-band wifi range extender opens. Select the desired language and enter
admin as the user name and password. Then click on the Login button. The configuration menu of the
dual-band wifi range extender now opens.
