IP address
You can change the IP address of the dual-band wifi range extender here.
DHCP
You can set the DHCP mode here. The following options can be selected: Disable, DHCP server and
Auto The Auto option is enabled in the original condition of the device. With the Auto option, IP
addresses are assigned automatically. The assignments are permanent here and are not removed. The
advantage here is that an end device always has the same IP address. The disadvantage is that new
end devices do not receive an IP address if the address range is completely assigned, even if IP
addresses are no longer actively used. This is in contrast to the DHCP server option where IP
addresses are assigned automatically and recorded in a table. The assignment is not permanent here,
however, and end devices may be assigned another IP address.
Click on the Apply button to confirm changed settings or on Cancel to discard the changed settings.
