SYSTEM OPERATIONS-20
Shore Power : This set of switches gets
its power from the Shore Power Hook-Up
located in the Cockpit Storage Compart-
ment. The photo below shows the Shore
Power Hook-Up at the Cockpit Storage
Compartment.
The AC Power goes from the Generator/
Shore Power Switch to the breakers and
meters on the AC Panel.
GENERATOR (OPTIONAL)
The Generator is located below the cock-
pit oor. The photo below shows the
Generator.
There is a breaker for the generator power
on the face of the generator. The gen-
erator creates the AC power which goes
through this breaker. The AC power then
goes to the generator portion of the slide
switch on the AC Panel.
STARTING THE GENERATOR
Turn ON the generator blowers.
The blower must be run for ve (5) min-
utes before starting the generator.
Start the generator (Refer to “Start-
ing Instructions” section in the Generator
Manual included with your Owner’s Pack-
et). Be sure that it is operating properly.
Turn OFF all 115 VAC breakers.
Turn OFF the shore power switch on
the Shore Power/Generator switch.
Slide the slide bar to the left position of
the Shore Power Switches. With the slide
bar over, you should be able to switch ON
the generator group of switches.
Fuel fumes in the engine compartment
can explode. Before working on any
electrical wiring, ventilate the engine
compartment and disconnect the bat-
teries to prevent sparking.
NEVER reset a breaker switch which
has tripped automatically without rst
locating and correcting the problem.
The electrical system and devices may
be damaged.
