How to fix ignition failure in SIMPA Water Heater?

If your SIMPA Water Heater fails to ignite, first turn off the front panel control unit. Then, check if the gas valve is open and the gas supply is uninterrupted. If the gas supply is normal, press the ON/OFF button to restart the water heater. If no fault code appears after turning the hot water tap on and off several times (waiting 10 seconds between each attempt), the water heater should be operating normally. If the fault code persists, it is recommended to contact Towngas Customer Service Hotline.
