Why is there no hot water supplied from my SIMPA RS11TM?

Here's what you can check: * Ensure the gas supply is normal and uninterrupted. * Verify water is flowing normally from the tap. * Check if the cold water filter is blocked. * Confirm the power supply is normal. * Fully open the gas meter valve and the appliance's gas supply valve. * Fully open both the cold water valve and the hot water tap. * After turning on the power, press the ON/OFF button on the front panel or remote control.

  If your SIMPA Water Heater fails to ignite, turn off the control unit first. Then, check if the gas valve is open and the gas supply is not interrupted. If the gas supply is normal, press the ON/OFF button to switch on the water heater. If there is no error display when the hot water tap is opened or closed several times (wait for 10 seconds for each interval), the unit is operating normally. If the error message still persists, contact Towngas Customer Service.
