14. Install the handle (A) in the top cover (E) angled
as shown. Secure using a 5/16-18 x 3/4" capscrew (D),
lockwasher (C) and large washer (B).
15. Set the cover (G) on the frame and bag assembly (F).
16. Secure the cover clamps (I) to the cover studs (H) using a
5/16" washer (J), lockwasher and 5/16-18 nut. DO NOT
tighten the hardware at this time.
17. Tighten the nuts securing clamps (K) first. Next tighten
the rest of the hardware working from the back of the
bag forward.
