If your Simplicity Lawn Mower's engine won't turn over or start, make sure the motion control levers are locked in neutral. Also, ensure the switch is in the OFF position. If the engine is hot, let it cool before refilling the fuel tank. Open the fuel valve and the choke. If the fuel is stale, drain it and replace it with fresh fuel. Clean the battery terminals, and recharge or replace the battery if needed. Check the wiring for breaks or loose connections, and repair or replace parts as needed. Clean and gap or replace the spark plug. Finally, replace any blown fuses.
