enough.
Water is escaping from the
side of the filter holder.
Increase the level of the degree of
grinding pre-selection or compress
the ground coffee less forcefully in
the brewing filter.

Espresso not hot enough.
Reduce the level of the degree of
grinding pre-selection or compress
the ground coffee more forcefully in
the brewing filter.
Rinse through the brewing unit once
without the filter holder. To do this,
place a wide coffee cup under the
filter holder bracket and press the
button for single espresso .
Pre-heat the espresso cup. To do this
place the cup under the steam
nozzle/hot water nozzle and fill it
with hot water and let it warm up by
pressing the HOT-WATER button .
