• Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this bag away from
babies and children.
• Never move the boiler while operating.
• Do not touch the soleplate during or just after ironing. It is hot! Burns can occur from touching
hot water or steam. Do not direct hot steam towards people or animals.
• Do not iron directly any synthetic fi bers.
• During changing from high to low temperature, always wait until the iron thermostat pilot light
lights up again before ironing.
• Do not add any cleanser or perfume into the water tank.
• The partial or total non-respect of the safety instructions in the present instruction manual will
automatically release Singer of any type of responsibility in case of malfunction of the machine
or injuries to persons or animals.
• In case of manipulation, repairing or any modifi cation of the machine made by unqualifi ed
persons or in case of improper use, the guarantee will be automatically cancelled.
