UNSAFE OPERATION HAZARD
• Unless in emergency situations,
never operate from the ground
control console if there are still
persons on the platform.
• Never operate the machine if any
control handle or switch that
controls the platform movement
is not returned to the OFF position
after being released.
COLLISION HAZARD
Before operating the boom, ensure
the area near or under the platform is
clear of persons or obstructions.
PREPARATION
1. Turn the Ground/Platform select switch to platform
control position.
2. Pull out the emergency stop button on both the
ground and platform controllers to ON position.
3. Turn the key switch to ON position.
Ensure the power indicator is illuminated and
no error comes up.
POWER INDICATOR LIGHT
When the power indicator light is on, it indicates the
power supply of the platform controller is normal.
FOOTSWITCH
1. Release the footswitch, and directly move each
function switch/handle, the corresponding
function shall fail to operate and the buzzer shall
sound.
2. Depress the footswitch, and meanwhile move
each function switch/handle, the corresponding
function shall operate normally.
3. Move some function switch first and then depress
the footswitch, the corresponding function shall
fail to operate and the buzzer shall sound.
4. Depress the footswitch for 7 seconds, and then
move some function switch/handle, the
corresponding function shall fail to operate and
the buzzer shall sound.
HORN
Push in the horn button, and the horn shall sound.
EMERGENCY STOP FUNCTION
1. Push in the emergency stop button on the
platform controller to OFF position, all functions
shall be inoperative.
2. Turn the emergency stop button on the platform
controller and ground controller to ON position,
the corresponding functions shall be operative.
3. Push in the emergency stop button on the ground
controller to OFF position and that on the platform
controller to ON position, all functions shall be
inoperative.

技术要求
1、PVC 不干胶自粘面膜。
2、面膜底色为黑色。
3、颜色要求：上下台切换图标中底座颜色为蓝色，转换方向图案黄色，叉子及平台颜色为黄色，
升降切换图标底座颜色为蓝色，上升图案黄色，下降图案为红色，
急停开关图标底色为黄色、字体颜色为红色,小时指示图标为绿色。
4、所有孔尺寸公差为±0.1；
