BESCHREIBUNG
FAVORIT ist ein universaler Bandrechen, der
fuers Streuen, Wenden und Rechen von Duerr-
und Gruenfutter bestimmt ist. Das Geraet ist in
Vorwaerts-und Rueckwaertsfahrt
leistungsfaehig.
Der Rahmen, die Anhaengevorrichtung und
Radfuehrungen sind aus schlag-und
ruettelfestem Material. Deshalb eignet sich das
Geraet auch zur Arbeit auf einer unebenen
Flaeche.
Das Schutzblech schuetzt gegen Verletzung
und verhindert das Greifen in das Innere des
Bandrechensystems. Der Bandrechen ist mit
plastischen Lagern ausgestattet, dadurch
niedriger Gearaeuschwert. Die Federzinken
sind mit Steuerklemmen verbunden, deren
Ausfuehrung leises Greifen des Futters und
vertikales Ausziehen der Federzinken
ermoeglicht. Antrieb des Wendesystems: ueber
Antriebriemen. Das Antriebssystem ist mit
Kugellagern, in geschlossener Ausfuehrung und
permanent geoelt, ausgestattet. Gute
Gelaende-Anpassungsfaehigkeit durch
Hoehenverstellungsvorrichtung. Die
eingebauten Teile sind aus hochwertigem
Material. Antrieb vom Traktor zum Bandrechen
ueber Gelenkwelle.
DESCRIPTION
FAVORIT is a universal belt rake for scattering,
tedding and raking of fresch or dry forage. It
performs all the above mentioned operations
while driving forwards and backwards.
The frame, the linking mechanism and the
wheels are constructed in a way which allows
them to take hits and vibrations caused by
rough ground.
Protection metal protects the user and prevents
him from reaching into the maschine with his
hand.
The raking system works on Vee-belts. Plastic
bearings provide silent and even running.
Spring tines are linked by steering bindings in a
way which enables gentle gathering of the grass
and vertical lifting of the tines from the grass.
The raking system is driven by driving belt.
All bearings of the drive system are ball
bearings. and are closed and permanently
lubricated. Height adjusting devices enable
good adjustment of the rake to the ground.
All parts of the maschine are made of high
quality materials. The drive is led from the
tractor to the rake over the P.T.O. Shaft.
