WARTUNG UND OELEN
Der Bandrechen laesst sich anspruchslos
warten. Zwecks laengerer Lebensdauer
empfehlen wir Ihnen, folgende Hinweise zu
beruecksichtigen:
Spannen und Wartung der Riemen
Keilriemen mussen entsprechend gespannt
werden. Nach einigen Betriebsstunden die
Spannung kontrollieren und noetigenfalls diese
richtig einstellen, so dass sich der Riemen unter
Handdruck um 2 bis 2,5 cm einbiegen laesst.
Spannvorgang:
1. Befestigungsschraube lockern (Bild 1,
Pos.14).
2. Antriebsriemen (Bild 1, Pos. 4) mit
Spannschrauben des Antriebsriemens
spannen (Bild 1, Pos.11). Werden die
Riemen des Bandrechens (Bild 1, Pos.6)
uebergespannt, die Spannschraube lockern
(Bild 1, Pos.12).
3. Bandrechen-Riemen (Bild 1, Pos.6) mit
Spannschraube des Bandrechens spannen
(Bild 1, Pos.12). Dabei darauf achten, dass
der Antriebsriemen (Bild 1, Pos.4) richting
gespannt bleibt.
4. Werden die Riemen richting eingestellt, die
Befestigungsschrauben wieder festziehen
(Bild 1, pos.14).
Keilriemen regelmaessig gruendlich reinigen
und mit Glyzerin einoelen, um die Spannkraft zu
verlaengern.
MAINTENANCE AND
LUBRICATION
The belt rake is easy to maintain. In order to
proling its life periode we recommed that you
take into consideration the following:
Stretching and maintenance of the
belts
Vee-belts should be properly stretched. Check
the tension of the belts after first few hours of
operating. Stretch them if needed. The belt is
properly stretched when it does not yield more
than 2-2,5 cm if pressed by a hand.
The belt is to be stretched as follows:
1. Loosen the fastening screws (fig 1, pos.14).
2. The driving belt (fig.1, pos.4) is to be
stretched with the help of stretching screw
(fig.1, pos.11). If the belts of the raking
system (fig. 1, pos.6) get too stretched, you
have to loosen the stretching screw of the
belts of the raking system (fig.1, pos.12).
3. The belts of the raking system (fig.1, pos.6)
are to be stretched with the help of
stretching screw of the raking system (fig. 1,
pos.12). Make sure that the drive belt (fig.1,
pos.4) stays properly stretched.
4. When the belts are properly stretched,
tighten the fastening screws (fig.1, pos.14).
Vee-belts to be cleaned from time to time and
lubriacted with glycerine to keep them flexible.
Oelen
Plastische Lager an Federzinken-Riemen
regelmaessig oder mindestens einmal
Jaehrlich oelen (insbesondere bei
Saisonende!) und dabei darauf achten,
dass Oel nicht in Beruehrung mit Riemen
kommt.
Die Oeler an Stuetzradachsen jeweils
nach 10 Betriebsstunden mit Lager-
Schmierfett schmieren.
Lubricating
You have to oil the plastic tines bearings
from time to time or at least once a year
(necessary after the season is finished).
The oil must not get in contact with the
belts, because it can cause them damage.
The lubricators on the support wheel axels
must be lubricated every 10 working hours
with bearings grase.
