REGELMÄSSIGE KONTROLLEN
Da Gerät muss einmal jährlich gründlich
kontrolliert werden. Auch zwischendurch
muss die Kontrolle vor allem wegen
einwandfreier Schmierung und Wartung
erfolgen.
Die Kontrolle umfängt Folgendes:
Kontrolle der Kegelradgetriebe.
Kontrolle des Hebesystems und des
Blocksystems für Transportlage.
Kontrolle sämtlicher Schrauben-
verbindungen.
Kontrolle des Gelenkwellenschutzes.
Schmierung nach den Wartungsanlei
tungen.
PERIODIC OVERHAULS
A thorough periodic overhaul is necessary for
the tedder every year. The tedder should be
overhauled from time to time during the year
to see if lubricating or maintenance are
needed.
Overhaul consists of:
Cone drives examination.
Examination of the hydraulic safety
mechanism for transport.
Control of the spring tines adjustment.
Examination of P.T.O. shaft protections.
Lubrication according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubricarion.
