5.1 Fault finding
In case of certain malfunctions, the operator will be guided by an error code appearing on
the display:

E 00 E Electronic failure Return to SKF for repair
E 01 E Electronic failure Return to SKF for repair
E 02 E Electronic failure Return to SKF for repair
E 03 E Overheating in housing Wait for unit to cool down
E 04 E
Selected time / temperature out of range
Adjust time / temperature setting
E 05 E Temperature increase below
1 degree per 15 s.
Check that the probe is properly
attached to the workpiece or
change to TIME MODE
E 06 E
Temperature probe not connected or defect
Check the prob
E 07 E Temperature above 200 °C (392 °F) Stop heating
E 08 E Clamp is open Close the clamp
E 09 E Clamp not plugged in or broken Plug in or change the clamp
