TROUBLESHOOTING
The mouse no longer responds correctly, it jerks, jumps or
freezes:
- Always use a suitable non-shiny surface, or ideally a gaming
mouse pad.
- Check that the optical sensor is not dusty. If this is the case, rub
it gently with a dry, lint-free cloth.
- Reduce the DPI level and/or increase the refresh rate to enable
proper communication between the PC and the mouse.
- You can use the application to revert to factory settings. When
the software is launched, export the profiles you created, then
click on the “Reboot” button. Confirm to validate reboot.
