• PHYSICIAN WARNING: Not all exercise equipment and programs are suitable for everyone. It is
recommended that you consult your physician before using this equipment or beginning this or any

• Athletes under 18 years of age should use only under adult supervision.
• Regularly check for wear and tear. Stop using the Balance Pods if any part of them breaks. Failure to
do so could result in injury.
• When in use, make sure the Balance Pods are set up in a clear area to avoid injury.
• Not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

• Do not inflate over recommended PSI.
• Do not leave the Balance Pods outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Avoid storing the Balance Pods in extremely hot or cold environments, as this could reduce the life
span of the product.
• Do not use or store near abrasive or sharp objects.
• When done, be sure to store the Balance Pods. Do not leave Balance Pods outdoors.
