smartphones. The COMPIT and the +COM/CHARGER are all referred to hereinafter as the “product”
for short, unless a distinction needs to be made between the different functions of the products.

COMPIT/STEM smartphone holder mounts the smartphone under the ahead cap on the
handlebar stem.
