Try closing the app, powering off the drone, and restarting it, then reconnect via Wi-Fi. Another possibility is low battery; make sure the battery is fully charged. Check that the power plugs are firmly connected. Lastly, the drone could be out of Wi-Fi transmission range; ensure you remain within the specified range.
