STEP 11
Next, place 4 springs into the V-rings just left of the 4 remaining sockets,
and stretch the springs until they reach the frame holes just left of the
sockets.
You now have attached 8 V-rings to the frame holes using 8 springs. There
should be 6 V-rings and 6 frame holes in between each spring.

STEP 12
Now, place one spring directly to the left of each spring already placed.
Continuing in a clock-wise direction, attach the remaining springs to the
remaining V-rings and frame holes until all 56 springs have been placed.
