If generated whilst connected to a
patient, remove patient to alternative
form of ventilation
Note alarm message and refer
ventilator to qualified service
personnel.
Fresh gas solenoid fail
alarm.
Alarm Message:
Fresh Gas Solenoid
Fail.
Pneumatic system failure. Remove patient to alternative form of
ventilation, then remove ventilator
from service.
Note alarm message and refer
ventilator to qualified service
personnel.
High oxygen level alarm.
Alarm Message:
High Oxygen Level.
Oxygen sensor drifting.
Air/ O
2
Blender fault.
Supply fluctuation, Gas pressure dips
below 3 bar.
Recalibrate O
2
sensor.
if alarm re-appears remove patient to
alternative form of ventilation, then
remove ventilator from service.
Note alarm message and refer
ventilator to qualified service
personnel.
Low oxygen level alarm.
Alarm Message:
Low Oxygen Level.
Oxygen sensor drifting.

Oxygen Cell
Exhausted.
The ventilator could not calibrate the
oxygen sensor.
Remove patient to alternative form of
ventilation, then remove ventilator
from service.
Note alarm message and refer
ventilator to qualified service
personnel.
Calibrate Oxygen cell
alarm.
Alarm Message:
Calibrate Oxygen Cell.
The oxygen sensor has registered
>105% oxygen concentration.
Recalibrate O2 sensor.
If sensor at fault a new oxygen cell
alarm will be generated. If this
messages appears remove patient to
alternative form of ventilation, then
remove ventilator from service.
Note alarm message and refer
ventilator to qualified service
personnel.
