7 Installing the AC-SPD Assembly

2. Insert the new assembly provided. Fasten and
tighten the screws (M4x10) from the scope of
delivery at the lower right and top left first (PH1,
tightening torque: 1.5±0.1Nm).
3. Fasten and tighten the remaining four screws
(M4x10) from the scope of delivery (PH1,
tightening torque: 1.5±0.1Nm).
4. Pass the cable tie provided through the ferrite ring
core above the assembly and secure it again. Cut
off the protruding end of the cable tie with a suitable
tool.
5. Connect the three AC cables on the right side of the
assembly to their original position. Align the terminal
lugs correctly and tighten the screws provided
(M6x14) (AF10, tightening torque: 4.2±0.1Nm).
Risk of incorrect pole assignment: Ensure the
correct assignment of the AC cables (L1, L2, L3).
