Breakdown set*
The breakdown set can be used to seal cuts
of up to approx. 4 millimetres in
diameter on the tyre tread.
The breakdown set (A) is located in the
passenger!side footwell below the
carpet.
The breakdown set comprises:
! Tyre sealant bottle
! Filler tube
! Valve extractor with valve insert
! Electrically!operated pump with
connector tube
! "80 km/h" and "50 mph" label
! Operating instructions
>Notes!
! Only use the tyre sealant in outside
temperatures ranging from !20 °C to
+60 °C.
! Do not remove any foreign objects
such as nails or screws that have
penetrated the tyre.
! Do not use the tyre sealant if the tyre
has been damaged by being driven when
insufficiently inflated (e.g. bumps,
cuts, cracks etc. on the tyre).
! Allow escaped tyre sealant to dry, then
peel it off.
! Immediately wash all painted surfaces
that came into contact with the tyre
sealant using a damp cloth.
! Do not allow the tyre sealant to get into
your eyes!
! Do not swallow the tyre sealant!
! Allow the tyre sealant that is inside
the damaged tyre to dry and dispose of
together with the tyre.
! Do not use the tyre sealant after the
"use by" date (see reverse of bottle)!
