RECIPES
Use your imagination to create many di erent drinks and slushy ice creams with your
SMART 5-IN-1. This unit has the capacity for 4 – 8 oz. drinks or 32 oz. of ice cream, so if you
have a recipe made for one remember to adjust your recipes accordingly.
The basic liquid combination for slushy ice cream before adding other ingredients is 4 cups:
4 cups of whole milk
OR
4 cups of half and half
OR
result in a thinner consistency.
For each recipe below, layer the Aluminium Cylinder with ice and salt up to the max  ll line.
DO NOT exceed the max  ll line as salt-ice mixture should not contaminate slush or ice
cream mixture.
BASIC MARGARITA
6 oz. of Tequila
3 oz. of Triple Sec
3 Cups of
Margarita Mix
3 oz. of Freshly
Squeezed Lime Juice
Salt & Lime Wedge
for Garnishing
Serves two or three
Add alcohol after blending Margarita Mix and Lime Juice.
STRAWBERRY MANGO SLUSHIE
16 oz. Mango Juice
16 oz. Strawberry
Syrup
Lime slice to garnish
Serves two
Add alcohol after blending Strawberry Syrup and Mango
Juice.
SMART CONVERSION TABLE
1 cup  our = 125g  our
1 cup butter = 225g butter
1 cup brown sugar = 170g brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar = 170g granulated sugar
1 cup icing sugar = 100g icing sugar
1 cup uncooked rice = 170g rice
1 cup chopped nuts = 100g chopped nuts
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs = 150g fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup sultanas = 140g sultanas
1 shot = 11/2 ounces (45 ml)
1 cup = 5.33 shots (239 ml)
10 ounces = 0.625 pounds
