What to do if Smartrise Controller shows MOSFET Failure?

If the Smartrise Controller experiences a MOSFET failure, which occurs when the MOSFET output feedback signal deviates from the input signal by more than 20% for over 2 seconds, you should first check the wiring for the brake coil, BRC, and AC supplied voltage to the Brake board. Also, inspect the brake coil for shorts. If problems persist, consider replacing the Brake board.
