(Diagnosis is activated)
(2) The valve ON/OFF
count has exceeded
the set value.
(Diagnosis is activated)
(3) The connected valve
blocks have increased
or decreased or
disconnected between
manifold blocks.
Check the parts with error by using the LED display,
unit diagnostic data, CoE or web server.
(1) Check the operation after replacing the valve.
(2) Reset the ON/OFF count to zero, change the set
value, or invalidate diagnosis.
(3) Turn off the power to the unit, and then turn it on
again. If the trouble does not improve, turn off the
power, and reassemble the SUP/EXH block
assembly and manifold block assembly correctly
referring to the manifold valve operation manual.

flashing. (Double flash)
(1) Short-circuited power
or communication line
in ITV module.
(2) Connection error
between SI unit and
ITV module is
detected.
(3) The ITV module has
failed.
(1) Replace the ITV module and check its operation.
(2) Turn off the power and reassemble the following
correctly referring to the operation manual for the
ITV module. (DIY-60L00-OM002)
•Between the SI unit and the SUP/EXH block
assembly
•Between the SUP/EXH block assembly and the
manifold block assembly
•Between the manifold block assembly and ITV
module
(3) Refer to the operation manual for the ITV module.
(DIY-60L00-OM002)
Turn OFF the power for the unit, and then turn it ON
again. If the error is not eliminated, stop the operation,

alternately flashing.
(1) Connection error
between units is
detected.
(2) I/O unit has failed.
(1) Confirm that there is no loose connection between
the units, and connect them correctly.
(2) Replace the I/O unit and check its operation.
Too many units connected.
The number of I/O units connected should be 8 or less
(9 units or less if SI unit is included).
