3.2 Washing programs
The dishwasher is equipped with a control panel, described in chapter "3.
Description of the controls", from which it is possible to carry out all the
power switch-on, switch-off and programming operations.
Before starting a washing program make sure that:
The water supply tap is open.
The correct amount of detergent has been added to the
dispenser.
The baskets have been correctly loaded.
The spray arms are able to rotate freely and without
obstruction.
The dishwasher door is securely closed.
Warning:
during the initial phase of the washing program, the operation of sprayers
is not perceived because they start rotating about 5 minutes after the start.
This is the normal operation of the washing cycle.
ENERSAVE
The Enersave function, which allows a further reduction in power
consumption, is only activated at the end of the Eco and half-load
programs. At the end of the program an automatic device releases the
door, which slowly opens by a few centimetres (brief acoustic signal). This
allows optimal drying, even with low rinsing temperatures, for significant
energy savings.
Between the final rinsing and the end of the program (opening of the door),
the dishwasher remains inactive to allow proper drying.
Opening the door inter
rupts the drying cycle and the program ends.
If this function is active, never prevent the door from opening by any
means, clear the space necessary to allow the opening of the door. Do
not force the closure of the door before the end of cycle signal, because
this would damage the mechanism.
