The mechanical timer is set by turning the
knob clockwise.
The timer can be set from 0 to 55 minutes. At
the end of the cooking time, an alarm signal
will be heard: to stop the alarm turn the
external part of the knob to position

The clock is set by pulling the knob and
turning it clockwise.
