CABLE PULLEY ASSEMBLY /ORIENTATION
Assembly Hardware Required:
#35 Button Head Allen Screw Qty. 2 #41 Flat Washer Qty.4
#43 Nylon Nut Qty. 2
Assembly Description:
A) Thread the bolt-end of the Lat Cable Assembly (#56) into the Swiveling Pulley Handles (#15).
Route the Cable through the series of upper pulleys and down to the Pulley on the Pulley Bracket
(#27) and up to the two Pulleys and down termination into the Selector /Top Plate Assembly
(#28), Do not fully tighten the locking nut or make cable adjustments until all the assembles have
been properly routed.
B) Route the Lower Cable Assembly (#55) from the Swiveling Pulley Handles (#15) through the
bottom Pulley and Base Tube and the other Pulley and up to the pulley on the Pulley Bracket (#27)
and down to the Base Tube tight with 1 – Button Head Allen Screw (#35), 2 – Flat Washer (#41)
and 1 – Nylon Nut (#43).
C) Repeat the assembly A) & B) on the other side.
