improperornegligentuse,application,operation,care,cleaning,storageorhandling;
(E)fire,water,wind,lighteningorothernaturalcauses;(F)adverseenvironmental
conditions,including,withoutlimitation,excessiveheat,moisture,corrosiveelements,
