Why are Repair Information Applications not available on my Snap-On Diagnostic Equipment?
    • L
      Linda PetersAug 13, 2025
There are several reasons why Repair Information Applications might not be available. Your access may have expired, in which case you should contact your sales representative. The function may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, so try again later. Also, ensure that the Wi-Fi radio is turned on: go to Tools > Settings > Configure Wi-Fi, select the Wi-Fi icon to turn the Wi-Fi radio on, and connect to a known good network.

What to do if my Snap-On APOLLO D8 Wi-Fi connection drops intermittently?
    • M
      maciasjosephAug 21, 2025
If your Wi-Fi connection drops intermittently, it could be due to insufficient Wi-Fi signal strength or a router overload. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength and move closer to the router (within 50 ft or 15 m) or into a direct, open sight-line of the router or access point. Eliminate interference from lights, windows, walls, other wireless devices, metal objects, and devices that emit electrostatic discharge. Alternatively, disconnect or disable other Wi-Fi devices connected to the router.
