To prevent death or serious injury:
• Mow across slopes, not up and down slopes.
• Do not mow slopes that are more than 10 degrees.
• Be careful when you turn on slopes. Turn the unit
gradually to maintain control.
1. Fold this page along the dotted line (A). The angle of the
fold shows a slope of 10 degrees.
2. Hold the page in front of you so that its left edge is parallel
to a tree trunk or other vertical structure.
3. Compare the slope you want to mow with the angle of the
fold. If the slope is more than the angle of the fold, do not
mow.
