To ensure the appliance functions properly, the air condenser must be kept clean so that the air can circulate and
reach all the surface of the condenser (Figure 19).
This must be done at least every 30 days. Use non-metal brushes for cleaning.
By stainless steel we mean AISI 304/1.4301 steel. Please take particular note of the following instructions when
cleaning parts made of stainless steel. The first and fundamental rule is to ensure the quality and complete hygiene
of the products. Stainless steel has a thin oxide layer which prevents the formation of rust. However, some cleaning
agents can destroy or damage this layer and allow the steel to corrode.
Ask your dealer for a recommended cleaning agent to prevent corrosion of the stainless steel. A neutral, chlorine-free
cleaning agent is advisable. If the surface has been scratched, polish it in the direction of the silking using very fine
stainless-steel wool or a synthetic-fibre abrasive sponge.
Attention: When cleaning stainless steel, do not use ordinary steel wool as very this may accelerate corrosion.
The condenser can be accessed from the
front by removing the front panel
(Figure 19).
